Implementing an innovative training methodology on how to start up a social start-up was a joint production work with all partners in terms of developed methodology and work content.
Each organization assessed the different parts of the methodology by researching and comparing it with other local/regional/national experiences. According to this assessment, the co-developed methodology has been enriched and adapted to the different local needs inside a global frame looking for innovation and efficiency in the training for social start-ups delivery.
The methodology consists on 3 phases:
- Online training: Learning Units.
- Participative Work & Guidance
- Deep Working Immersion – apprenticeship/visits.
